Classifieds Rules

The MRGC Classifieds are provided as a courtesy for members to advertise personal items for sale or trade. Please follow these rules:

  • No sales or exchanges may take place on Montrose Rod & Gun Club property. The club is providing advertising space only and is not involved in any transaction.
  • All private-party firearm sales must be completed through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Be respectful. Keep all posts, messages, negotiations, and communications courteous and appropriate.
  • Keep it clean. Posts must be suitable for a club website. Offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or questionable content may be removed.
  • Buyers and sellers are responsible for determining the legality and condition of any item and for completing the transaction appropriately.
  • MRGC does not inspect, guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for any item advertised or any transaction between members.

By posting or responding to a classified ad, members agree to follow these rules.
