Renewal FAQ:
We’ve received several questions from members about the renewal process, so we’ve put together this message to provide clear answers and reminders. Renewal emails are sent on Monday afternoons. If you have already completed your renewal and mailed your payment, please disregard this message—thank you! If you haven’t renewed yet, please follow the instructions in your renewal email to submit your form and payment.
FAQ
Q: How do I know my renewal is complete?
A: The easiest way to confirm is to check your bank account to see if your check has cleared.
Q: Can I pay at Charlie Golf One Pawn & Gun?
A: No. All renewals must be submitted online with payment mailed to the Club as instructed in your renewal email.
Q: Where can I print out the form to mail it in?
A: Forms are not available for print or mail-in. All renewals must be completed online.
Q: Where can I find the renewal form online?
A: The renewal form is only accessible through the secure link provided in your renewal email. Please use that link to complete your renewal.
Q: Where do I send my renewal payment?
A: Please mail payments to:
Montrose Rod & Gun Club
P.O. Box 969
Montrose, CO 81402
Q: What are the deadlines to submit my application and payment?
A: Renewal applications must be submitted online by September 30th. Payments must be received no later than October 10th. Any renewals submitted after September 30th will be treated as a new membership application.
Q: What is the cost to renew?
A: The annual membership renewal fee is $150—that’s $12.50 per month for year-round access to the ranges.
Q: What is my PIN?
A: Your PIN remains the same from year to year as long as your membership is renewed on time. If your membership lapses or your renewal is not submitted by the deadlines, your PIN will be deactivated.
Q: What is my member number?
A: We do not use member numbers. Please be sure your full name is written on your check so we can match your payment to your renewal form.
Q: What if I don’t get my renewal email?
A: Renewal emails go out on Monday afternoons. If you don’t see yours by Monday evening, check your spam/junk folder.
Q: Why am I still getting renewal emails if my renewal is complete?
A: Renewal reminders are sent to all members until processing is complete. If you have already submitted your renewal and payment, you can disregard additional emails. Thank you for your patience while we finish processing renewals.
Q: Why did the membership fees go up?
A: The increase helps offset the potential loss of revenue from our Gun Shows. Membership dues ensure the Club can continue covering insurance, utilities, maintenance, and improvements even if gun show fundraising is reduced in the future.
Q: When will new memberships open up?
A: We are currently accepting new member applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
To become a member of the Montrose Rod and Gun Club, an individual must attend our monthly meeting. The club meets the second Tuesday of each month at our indoor range at 1211 6450 Road (next door to the City of Montrose Shops on the Hwy 50 Bypass/San Juan Ave) at 7:00 pm.
Membership costs $150.00 per year. New members pay an additional $100.00 initiation fee.
